- Subject as stated in these Terms and Conditions, you can cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party, other that the carrier indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last of the Goods.
- If you have received Goods in connection with the contact which you have cancelled, you must send back the Goods or hand them over to us at 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR without delay any in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated to us your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the Goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the Goods. If the Goods are faulty the cost will be on Massassi B Ltd.
- Within 30 days after you have received your order, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your purchases, please contact us at info@massassib.com and tell us what issues you might be having with your order.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer.
- Depending on the issues, refunds will be made for the price of the item using the original payment method, excluding shipping fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for payment to be refunded to you.
- Your satisfaction and happiness are our top commitment. If an error was made on our part, we'll do what we can to fix it.
